L&SE Open Training
Hosted by Medway Yacht Club
ITCA training at Medway YC. This training will be used as the selection training for the RPS (Regional Performance Squad) London and South East region. If you are considering applying this winter (2025/2026) then you will need to attend this training day.
Coaches are Arabella Sabberton, Morgan Archer and Elliot Marks.
Start time 9.30.
Lunch is NOT included in the fee. The clubhouse has a restaurant and bar.
Breakfast 0800- 1000, bacon or sausage rolls
Lunch from 1330, Pizza and sides served on the terrace or order from the club weekend menu.
Opening Times: Saturday 0800 – 2300 (meals 1000 – 1800)

If an entry is cancelled by the participants their entry fee will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before the event. Entry fee less £5 admin charge
- Cancellation within 14 days of the event. No refund.
