After a few intense weekends of windward/leeward courses a more relaxed day was agreed upon.
A nice 10-15 knot westerly breeze with the last of the outgoing tide took us right down to West Bullock. A loop in Pinup gave us a short beat then a spinnaker leg after 18. After a regroup and gate start from West Bullock we headed back up via 18 and MYA1 to finish at the MCC line. OCD picked the south shore and took an early lead and led all the way back. Timing was perfect with the wind dropping to nothing as we reached the Club.
It was great to have Vendesi battling it out in the fleet with Toby onboard pulling the strings. Also welcome to Hands Off sailing her first Club race this season.
