Medway Yacht Club instruct using the Sonata Keelboat \nThis course is an introduction to sailing dinghies for complete beginners\, covering everything you need to know to get afloat under supervision. \nPre-course experience: none \nAssumed Knowledge: none \nCourse content: how to sail in all directions\, After you have learnt to rig the boat and received an introduction to the boat’s controls\, the group will take to the water to experience for the first time under the close supervision of a qualified RYA keelboat instructor. \nAbility after course: able to sail in light winds under supervision \nMinimum duration: 2-day course \nMinimum age: 16 \nFormat: afloat predominantly practical on the water with some classroom elements. \nBooking / Availability  Click here.
