Montgomery Race

Fun race for all-comers.
We can’t hold the Montgomery race this year and all that goes with it, barbecue and meeting up at the club or in Stangate afterwards.
So this year it will be a cruise in loose company.
Please ensure you adhere to current Government guidelines by having family crews only and maintain social distancing.
The Trophy will be awarded but in the best traditions of the Cruiser Class the criteria is secret known only to the few and they are not sure!
The plan is to leave the Medway moorings around 10 o’clock and sail to the Montgomery on the ebb tide . Low water at Sheerness is 1330 . Round the Montgomery to Port and then back to the Club and home .
Listen out on channel 72 . Engines can be used as much as you like
Don’t forget that there is only a very limited trot boat service so plan to use your dinghy if you have one
