Keelboat Racing

Keelboat racing is split between 3 one design classes, Dragons, Sonatas and Squibs as well as 3 handicap classes for Cruisers and IRC rated boats

 The one designs race on every Saturday Afternoon while the Cruisers and IRC Boats race on Sundays, starting in the morning. Whatever your interest in keelboat racing we can offer something for you. We are unique in Kent by offering such a varied program.

Our highly popular keelboat regatta is held every year, normally over the late spring bank holiday offering a mixture of windward – leeward courses and more complex river courses for the one designs and longer Estuary races for the larger cruisers and IRC boats.
