Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of this Club will be held on Saturday 3rd December 2022 at 12:00 hours in the clubhouse, when the attendance of members is requested for the following purpose:

2 To confirm the minutes of the 2021 Annual General Meeting

3 To consider matters arising –

a) Request to add rules Section on website – complete

4 Commodore’s Report

5 To adopt proposed changes to Rules

6 Hon. Treasurer Report – 2021/22 Accounts, 2022/23 Budget

a) Development Committee Update
b) Strategic Planning Committee

8 Elect Officers 2023

9 Elect Members of Management Committee

10 Elect Trustees of the Club

IMPORTANT NOTES:

If a member of the Club wishes to propose any other business for consideration at the AGM, it must be delivered to the Club Secretary by 12:00 hours on Tuesday 15th November 2022. Rule 8.3 shall apply. Amendments to resolutions may be submitted to the Secretary at least 8 clear days before the AGM (Friday 25th November 2022). Rule 8.4 shall apply.
