What is the “Rule of 6 or 2 Households”?
Fundamentally this is the same as the rule of 6 we grew to be familiar with last year in that a maximum of six people from different households can gather together round a table for instance. The 2 households part allows for more than 6 people to gather if they are from no more than 2 households. It is important that all people from different households should observe social distancing.
Remember the Covid safety slogan at all times, Hands, Face, Space. Wash your hands, wear a face covering and give other people space to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
