Due to exceptional circumstances members are unable to attend in person, the AGM will be broadcast live and voting will be electronic or by post, please see the guidance provided.

If a member of the Club wishes to propose any other business for consideration at the AGM, it must be delivered to the Club Secretary by 12:00 hours on Tuesday 17th November 2020. Rule 8.3 shall apply. Amendments to resolutions may be submitted to the Secretary at least 8 clear days before the AGM (Friday 27th November 2020). Rule 8.4 shall apply.
