The Cruiser Class enjoyed a successful cruise in company to London over Easter.
Departing MYC on Easter Saturday morning those attending enjoyed a good if somewhat cool sail down the Medway and up the Thames arriving at East India docks ahead of schedule. The lockmaster opened the gates early and all yachts locked in together.
Pontoon Party
Sunday was a day off giving the crews a chance to explore London with visits to the Greenwhich and the Emirates cable car being enjoyed. An impromptu pontoon party ensued.
Monday was spent relaxing and waiting for the tide before everybody locked out and motored home with the wind on the nose all the way down the Thames.
