Clubhouse Our Clubhouse has a well stocked bar, dining room and patio. Meals enjoyed in the dining room or on the patio have excellent elevated views up and down the river taking in Chatham Maritime and Upnor Castle. We also have a comprehensive year round social programme, both Club and Class dinners, Quiz nights, sailing lectures, wine tasting, parties on Burns Night, Bonfire & Halloween, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. We are Sailors that enjoy racing, also the camaraderie and fun ashore after sailing with a good meal in our clubhouse. |

Youth and Dinghy Sailing Medway supports training and racing for children of all levels of ability. For those who are less experienced we offer training and we have our Cadet Week which allows great racing combined with a full social programme so that all ages can join in. We also have our Mutiny-on-the-Medway which is a mini regatta for the very young using our Oppie fleet Our Cadets race on Sunday mornings and the older ones also race alternate Sunday afternoons. The Oppies meet on alternate Sundays at the moment, but that might change next season.

High Quality Racing We race every Saturday and Sunday from April to November with midweek evening race for keelboats, as well as a 3 day Keelboat Regatta. Our racing is well organised and managed which makes it more enjoyable and safe. We enjoy consistent high quality racing because our one-design keel boats compete against each other, boat for boat, with no need for handicapping. Our one-design fleets include the International Dragon, National Squib, National Sonata, Wayfarer, Toppers, Lasers, Oppies. We also have a handicap dinghy fleet and both IRC and PY Cruiser Class racing. We host Open Meetings for most of our classes, including the annual Schools Traveller Series and host weekends for EAORA and SailEast.
Cruiser Division But it’s not all racing. Our Cruiser Class also offers a comprehensive programme of rallies and offshore cruises-in-company.
