Have you got a MYA PN number? Its changed in 2009: PY
has been replaced by a MYA PN number which has been set by a joint rating
committee of the Medway clubs. You will need this to race in Division 2. So if
you need a rating please download this form, complete and return to MYA
Handicap Committee as directed at bottom of form. MYA PN Application Form 2010 To ensure that you receive your rating as
soon as possible the MYA Handicap Committee would appreciate you emailing the
completed form. Please send the form to Roger
Griffith either as an attachment to the email or copied and pasted into the
email.
