Have you got a MYA PN number? Its changed for 2007: PY has been replaced by a MYA PN number which has been set by a joint rating committee of the Medway clubs. You will need this to race in Division 2. So if you need a rating please download this form, complete and return to MYA Handicap Committee as directed at bottom of form.
